    "So happy to have found such an excellent plumbing company"
    We recently moved to Fort Mill. We have called on Carter 3 times already. Mostly to correctly repair work done by another plumbing company that performed our pre-purchase plumbing repair list. We are so happy to have found such an excellent plumbing company so quickly (Carter is on our neighborhood’s recommended service companies list). The staff is friendly, professional and very clean and courteous... They leave my home in the same condition as when they arrived. Their prices are reasonable and the work is always correctly completed. I would, and do, recommend them! Great company.

    "Outstanding customer service"
    Our family had just moved into a new home when a leak appeared on the basement ceiling. We were able to find the leak and stop it however we wanted the peace of mind that it was fixed. Our realtor called CQP and arranged an appointment. CQP called and sent a text that the tech was on the way. Wes arrived, introduced himself, covered his shoes, listened to our problem and our remedy. He investigated and gave recommendations on what created the problem as well as agreed our fix appeared to have solved the problem. He did not attempt to create issues that would cause further investigation and money out of my pocket. He was honest and straight forward with his explanation. He offered solutions and is searching for fixtures that will accommodate the original rough in that is not standard. Outstanding customer service and would recommend highly. Excellent experience.

    I called yesterday morning in regards to my water to shutting off out of the Blue. Well, I called and they were able to have someone out here and fixed in a reasonable time.     Carter Quality Plumbing was terrific. I called before 10 am and Randy was here by 4 pm. He made the requested repair and made us aware of another problem that needed attention. He completed both with great efficiency. He was kind and patient when my 4-year-old granddaughter asked questions. I would recommend them to others.     We have been very pleased with this company. Today Stewart and Hunter went above and beyond to figure out the problems with our septic system. It could have been a very expensive fix, but they went the extra mile to brainstorm alternatives and came up with a plan that was considerably less expensive. It is very rare these days to find a company that works for the customer, not the money. They worked out in the hot sun digging and repairing all day. We have also had a great experience with Randy and Douglas in past visits. Each employee has been respectful, informative and has explained the work being done as well as what we might expect afterward. I trust this company. Well done!

    I called because I thought I had a pretty simple clog in my pipes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a much bigger problem that turned into a two-day job. Randy walked me through everything, took time to explain how it needed to be fixed, and did everything he could to keep the price as reasonable as he could. As a first time homeowner, navigating the horror of the first big house issues, I couldn't have been in better hands. I would recommend them to anyone.

    "Carter found a better way"
    Carter Quality Plumbing put in a new water line from the water meter to our house. The old pipe was leaking. We were talking with another plumber who was going to rip up our driveway and the neighbor's yard! Carter found a better way to install the line and no damage to our property and home or the neighbors!

    We LOVE Carter Quality Plumbing! We switched to them several years ago. They put all new pipes in our home.... and installed a salt water purification system. Today, they came to the rescue again!! We needed "Big Blue" replaced... A part of the filtration system. It was leaking. Even changed our filter for us!!!     "Everything was done in a timely manner."
    The water line that comes into the house burst in the middle of the night and we couldn't get the water turned off. We called Carter Quality Plumbing and they sent Randy out in the early hours of the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the water off very quickly. He came back to make the necessary repairs and everything was done in a timely manner. Randy was excellent to work with and very professional. Will definitely use Carter Quality again in the future!
